Hi! I’m a military spouse from New Jersey with a lifelong passion for movement – from the gym to the outdoors, I love running, hiking, lifting, surfing, and swimming. My interest in training began in college, where I played basketball and ran cross-country and track and field. I followed various lifting and running programs to optimize my performance and want to share my knowledge and passion for movement to help you achieve your goals!

I’m here to help personalize your experience to increase your chances of success. I believe fitness should be fun, freeing, and sustainable – not a chore.
